Plasterer

We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Faroe-Islands on a contract basis. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. You will also be required to repair damaged surfaces and ensure that the final product meets quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, smoothing, and priming them
- Mix plaster or other materials according to instructions
- Apply plaster or other materials using hand tools or specialized equipment
- Create decorative textures or patterns in the plaster using tools such as trowels or brushes
- Repair cracks and holes in walls or ceilings using patching compounds
- Ensure that finished surfaces are smooth and free of imperfections
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer, preferably in a construction environment
- Knowledge of different types of plaster and their uses
- Ability to work with hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical stamina and strength for standing, bending, climbing, and lifting heavy materials
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Faroe Islands (accommodation may be provided if needed)

Contract Type: Short-term contract with potential for extension
