Excavator operator vacancy in Faroe-Islands Denmark

Part-Time Excavator Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Excavator Operator to join our team on a part-time basis in Faroe-Islands. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move and grade earth, rock, gravel or other materials during construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator in a safe and efficient manner according to job requirements
- Perform daily pre and post-operational checks on equipment
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or defects to the supervisor
- Ensure proper maintenance of the excavator, including cleaning and lubricating parts
- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Excavator Operator in the construction industry
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to operate various types of excavators, including hydraulic, backhoe, and track-mounted machines
- Ability to read plans and blueprints is preferred but not required
- Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
- Must have attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The schedule will be determined based on project needs.

Compensation:
Salary for this position is $1000 per month. This role does not include accommodation but visa sponsorship may be provided for qualified candidates.
