Temporary Restaurant Manager
We are hiring a temporary Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Faroe-Islands. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining customer satisfaction. As a temporary manager, you will work closely with the permanent staff to ensure a smooth transition and maintain the standards of our restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Train and manage staff members to provide exceptional service and maintain cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office and restaurant management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
