Senior Electrical Engineer


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components for various projects. You will also oversee the work of junior engineers and collaborate with other departments to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical systems for various projects
- Review project requirements and create technical specifications
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for projects
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations
- Oversee the work of junior engineers and provide guidance as needed
- Collaborate with other departments such as mechanical engineering, construction, and procurement to ensure project success
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress and any issues or concerns that arise
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in technology to continuously improve processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical engineering
- Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full time job with accommodation provided. We also welcome applicants with their own visa who are interested in relocating to Faroe Islands.
