Sales Manager
We are in need of a talented and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with clients. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Create and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to upper management
- Set realistic sales targets for the team and ensure they are met
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, production, and finance to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role (preferably in the same industry)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and guide a team towards success
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Ability to think strategically, analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
