Indian Collector in Osijek

As an Indian Collector in Osijek, you will be responsible for collecting outstanding debts from customers. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure timely and accurate collection of payments. This is a part-time position without accommodation, offering a salary of 1600$.

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone, email or mail to collect outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues regarding payments
- Work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and update payment status
- Follow up on delinquent accounts and escalate any issues to management when necessary

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national living in Osijek
- Previous experience in debt collection or customer service is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other basic computer skills
