Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in the beautiful Faroe Islands. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel. This is a part-time position that offers a salary of 1600$ per month, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Identify potential business opportunities and establish relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Conduct site visits, attend trade shows, and participate in sales events to showcase the hotel's offerings
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Train and mentor junior sales staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel sales or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
