As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and maximize occupancy at our hotel. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$, perfect for students looking to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and packages
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Train and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other industry related activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competition in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
