IT Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Aarhus. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. You should have a strong background in IT management and be knowledgeable in various areas such as network administration, database management, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's overall goals
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades to current systems
- Develop policies and procedures for data security and disaster recovery
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding data protection

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in IT management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, cybersecurity, and other related technologies
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
