IT Manager - Aarhus, Denmark


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall information technology strategy and operations of our company. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing new technology solutions, and ensuring the security and functionality of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient and secure operations
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and strategic planning
- Oversee the deployment of new technology solutions and upgrades to existing systems
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data security by implementing proper backup procedures and disaster recovery plans
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as an IT Manager or related position
- Strong knowledge of current IT trends, techniques, best practices, and regulations
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Biometric passport required for international travel
