We are searching for an experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Aarhus. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our organization's computer network and systems. This includes troubleshooting any network or system issues, implementing security measures, and ensuring reliable connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Ensure reliable connectivity for all users
- Troubleshoot system failures and provide timely solutions
- Regularly backup data to prevent loss of information
- Collaborate with IT team to implement new technologies or upgrades

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network security principles
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech individuals
