Systems and Network Administrator

As a Systems and Network Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our company's computer systems and networks. You will ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and implement necessary upgrades or changes to improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Implement security measures to protect company data and systems
- Keep track of hardware and software inventory and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed
- Create user accounts and manage access levels to various systems
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify areas for improvement in our systems or processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience working as a Systems or Network Administrator
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP), LAN/WAN design, firewalls, routers, switches, etc.
- Experience with Windows Server, Linux/Unix operating systems
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Excellent communication skills

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. This position requires the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. The ideal candidate should also have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
