We are a construction company based in Sheduva, seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old paint or wallpaper, repairing cracks, and cleaning the area
- Mix and apply plaster or other materials to walls, ceilings, or other surfaces using hand tools or spray equipment
- Create decorative textures using various tools and techniques
- Smooth out rough spots and ensure even coverage of plaster
- Follow safety standards and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Plasterer in the construction industry
- Proficient in applying different types of plaster materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Physical stamina and strength for standing, bending, and lifting heavy materials
- Good communication skills in English
