Plasterer

We are hiring a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Sheduva. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing and applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. You will also be required to repair and maintain existing plasterwork, as well as create new designs and textures with different types of plaster.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in plastering
- Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week
- Proficient in various plastering techniques
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high quality work
- Experience with different types of plaster, such as lime, cement, or gypsum
- Knowledge of safety precautions when working with plaster materials
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation to job sites

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing them out
- Apply coats of plaster using trowels or spray guns according to desired texture or design
- Repair any damaged areas on existing plasterwork by patching and smoothing out imperfections
- Create decorative designs or patterns with different types of plaster
- Ensure proper adhesion of the plaster by applying bonding agents
- Clean up job site after completing work
- Follow safety protocols when handling hazardous materials
- Communicate with clients about project details and provide suggestions or recommendations

Salary: $1500 per month
