We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Bungoma, India. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine boundaries, topography, and other features for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyzing survey data to create maps, drawings, and reports
- Interpreting plans, maps, and legal documents related to land surveying
- Collaborating with engineers and construction teams to ensure accurate measurement and placement of structures
- Identifying potential issues or discrepancies in survey data and taking appropriate corrective actions
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of survey results
- Adhering to safety protocols while conducting surveys on construction sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Excellent communication skills in English
