Entry-Level Restaurant Manager


The position of Entry-Level Restaurant Manager at our restaurant in Khanpur is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to gain experience in a managerial role. As an Entry-Level Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards in food quality, presentation, and service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and maintain consistency in existing dishes
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Create weekly schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work in Khanpur with valid visa sponsorship (if required)
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Working Conditions:
