Entry-Level QA Engineer


We are seeking an Entry-Level QA Engineer to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing software products and identifying any issues or bugs before they are released to the public. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month, and accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional and regression testing on software products
- Create and execute test cases based on project requirements
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues found during testing
- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist in the creation of test plans and strategies
- Continuously improve the QA process by suggesting new tools or techniques
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies

Requirements:
- Biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
- No prior experience required, but knowledge of software testing principles is a plus
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
