Junior Back-End Developer


We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Back-End Developer to join our growing team in Greenland. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side of our web applications. Your main focus will be creating efficient, scalable, and secure code that integrates with the front-end to deliver a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side components of web applications
- Write clean, efficient, and secure code using programming languages such as Java, Python, or PHP
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Ensure high-performance and availability of web applications
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in timely manner
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in back-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, PHP)
- Experience with database management (SQL or NoSQL)
- Knowledge of web servers (Apache or Nginx) and operating systems (Linux)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of code versioning tools such as Git

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Greenland. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Greenland.
