Formworker for Construction Projects in Greenland


Our construction company in Greenland is seeking an experienced Formworker to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and installing concrete forms for various construction projects. This is a contract job, and the ideal candidate should have their own visa to work in Greenland.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine form dimensions and materials needed
- Cut, shape, and assemble wooden or metal forms according to project specifications
- Install forms on construction sites and ensure they are secure and level
- Pour concrete into forms and smooth surfaces using tools such as trowels or screeds
- Remove forms after concrete has set and clean them for reuse
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on construction sites

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods of time
- Own visa to work in Greenland (if not a Greenlandic national)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
