Job Title: Part-Time Architectural Designer

We are an architectural design firm located in Greenland and we are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, as well as accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-Greenlandic candidates.

As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing designs for various architectural projects, including residential, commercial, and public buildings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and translate them into innovative and functional designs.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in architectural design. You should be proficient in CAD software and have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. Experience with sustainable design practices is also preferred.

This position is open to all nationalities, but candidates must have a valid work visa for Greenland. As this is a part-time position, you will have the flexibility to work on your own schedule, making it perfect for students or individuals looking for additional income.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Present designs to clients and make revisions based on feedback
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
