Online Consultant



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing online consulting services to clients, helping them with their queries and providing solutions to their problems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent online consulting services to clients
- Communicate with clients through various channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Assist clients with their inquiries and offer suitable solutions
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate guidance and advice
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to better assist clients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an online consultant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously
- Familiarity with various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Knowledge of relevant software tools such as CRM systems or online project management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Aarhus, Denmark
