Part-time Moderator


We are seeking a part-time Moderator to join our team in Aarhus. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities and forums, ensuring that all content is appropriate and in line with community guidelines. You will also be responsible for responding to user inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have previous experience moderating online communities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month and the opportunity to work remotely with accommodations provided if needed. Visa sponsorship is also available for international candidates. This role is open to all genders.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage online communities and forums
- Enforce community guidelines and ensure appropriate content is published
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for community engagement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management

Requirements:
- Previous experience moderating online communities or forums
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work part-time hours (approx. 20 hours per week)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment
