Contract Restaurant Manager (Herning, Denmark)



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Restaurant Manager to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality.
- Monitor and manage budget targets to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones through marketing initiatives and exceptional guest experiences.
- Collaborate with the chef to create seasonal menus and ensure consistent quality of food.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus).
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control measures, and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Denmark.
