Architectural Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Aarhus. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing innovative and functional architectural concepts for residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs meet all requirements and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction processes. A degree in Architecture or a related field is required. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

As an Architectural Designer, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing creative and practical design solutions for various architectural projects
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Preparing detailed drawings, models, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas
- Conducting site visits to assess existing conditions and potential challenges
- Researching building codes, materials, and construction methods to ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and cost-effective
- Providing accurate project estimates in terms of time, materials, and budget
- Ensuring that all project deadlines are met in a timely manner

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
