As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels in the city of Aarhus. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and create innovative solutions that meet their requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their commercial space requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor the progress of construction projects, conduct site visits, and provide guidance to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
- Identify potential issues or challenges during the construction process and suggest solutions to resolve them.
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Conduct research on new materials, technology, and sustainable design practices to incorporate into projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as an architect on commercial projects.
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD or ArchiCAD) and other design tools.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to commercial architecture.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, and other professionals.
