Job Title: Industrial Architect


Our growing architecture firm in Faroe-Islands is seeking an experienced and talented Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional and efficient designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial architecture, excellent design skills, and the ability to effectively manage projects from concept to completion. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and open to all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and requirements for industrial buildings.
- Create detailed designs, including floor plans, elevations, and construction documents.
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design specifications are being met.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in construction projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
- Excellent design skills with a focus on functionality and efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.
