Senior Industrial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Industrial Architect to join our team in Faroe Islands. As a Senior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of industrial facilities, such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for industrial projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop appropriate design solutions
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals on project teams
- Monitor project progress to ensure timelines and budgets are met
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations related to industrial facilities
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees.

Location:
This position is based in Faroe Islands. Candidates must either be a citizen or have a valid work visa for Faroe Islands.
