We are searching for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our fine dining restaurant in the beautiful city of Aarhus, Denmark. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a high-quality menu that meets the expectations of our discerning customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative and delicious dishes that reflect our restaurant's concept and standards
- Manage food costs by ensuring proper portion control and inventory management
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and enforcing safety standards
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at reasonable prices
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and principles
- Ability to create innovative dishes while also adhering to traditional recipes
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven track record of creating successful menus that meet customer expectations
- Experience with menu development, food cost control, and inventory management
- Knowledge of Danish cuisine is an asset
