Job Title: Preservation Architect



We are seeking a talented Preservation Architect to join our team in Aarhus. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and sites, while also ensuring that they meet modern safety and accessibility standards. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other architects to develop plans and oversee the execution of preservation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical structures to identify necessary preservation measures
- Develop preservation plans that adhere to national and local regulations
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other architects to ensure the successful execution of preservation projects
- Oversee the restoration process, ensuring that all work is done in accordance with preservation standards
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Conduct research on historical buildings and materials to inform preservation plans
- Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and best practices in historic preservation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in historic preservation projects
- Strong knowledge of national and local regulations pertaining to historic buildings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: $900 per month without accommodation.
