As an entry-level Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and smoothies. You will also assist with food preparation and ensure that our customers receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service. Attention to detail is crucial as you will need to follow our recipes and presentation standards.

This role requires excellent communication skills as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. You must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have strong multitasking abilities. Additionally, you should have a basic understanding of math as you will need to handle cash transactions accurately.

We value team players who are reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. While prior barista experience is not necessary, candidates with previous customer service or food service experience are preferred.
