We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats for our restaurant. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by consistently producing high-quality and visually appealing pastries.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, tarts, cookies, and breads
- Decorate and present pastries in an attractive manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new dessert options for the menu
- Ensure all pastry products are made with high-quality ingredients and meet food safety standards
- Maintain inventory of pastry supplies and place orders as needed
- Train new pastry cooks on proper techniques and recipes
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Creativity in designing new pastry dishes and decorations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required
