Waiter/Waitress



We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Aarhus. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. Your main goal will be to ensure our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Serve food and drinks to tables
- Ensure guests have everything they need throughout their meal
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and work station

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
