Waiter/Waitress



We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team in the bustling city of Aarhus. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus, take orders, and answer any questions about menu items
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to established standards
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations
- Assist with setting up tables and preparing the dining area for service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of food and beverage pairings
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Strong communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Flexibility to work different shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
