Job Title: Head Baker

As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations. You will use your extensive experience and expertise to ensure high-quality products, efficient production, and a positive work environment for our team. This is a full-time position, open to candidates of all nationalities with a valid biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the bakery, including production schedules, inventory management, and quality control.
- Train and supervise bakery staff, ensuring they follow proper procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Create new recipes and oversee the production of all baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and other specialty items.
- Monitor ingredient costs and make adjustments to recipes as needed to maintain profitability.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following food safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop new products or improve existing ones.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in baking techniques.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional baker in a high-volume bakery or pastry shop.
- Proven ability to manage a team and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and sanitation protocols.
- Creativity in recipe development and willingness to experiment with new flavors and techniques.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A passion for producing high-quality baked goods that exceed customer expectations.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
