Administrative Assistant


As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of our office in Aarhus. Your main responsibilities will include managing correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and providing support to our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members
- Provide general administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
