Job Title: Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Aarhus. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks. This is a full time position open to candidates of all nationalities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and clerical workers
- Oversee office supply inventory and order necessary supplies
- Maintain office budget and handle financial transactions such as invoicing and billing
- Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance, equipment repairs, and other services
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distribution, and filing
- Assist with recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and budgeting processes
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with office management software (e.g. Trello or Asana)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
