Office Manager
We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Aarhus. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain records and manage confidential information
- Plan and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior members
- Oversee office budget and expenses
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Location:
This job is located in Aarhus. However, due to current circumstances, remote work may be possible initially.
