IT Manager in Aalborg, Denmark


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall information technology strategy and operations of our company. You will work closely with senior management to identify and implement technology solutions that align with our business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's overall information technology strategy
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Manage a team of IT professionals including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure all technology systems are secure, reliable, and up-to-date
- Identify and recommend new technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in information technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, databases, software development processes, and project management methodologies
- Experience managing teams and working collaboratively with other departments
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
