IT Support Specialist in Aalborg, Denmark


We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring their computer systems run smoothly. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing remote or on-site assistance, and maintaining accurate records of all support requests.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of computer systems and excellent problem-solving skills. You should also have experience with various operating systems and software applications. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure new computer systems
- Perform regular maintenance tasks on computer systems
- Document all support requests and resolutions
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and concerns
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems and operating systems (Windows/Mac OS)
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position. In addition, we provide accommodation for non-local employees upon request. We also provide assistance with obtaining a biometric passport if needed.
