Part-Time Computer Support Specialist

As a Part-Time Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and installing and configuring computer systems and software. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing timely updates on progress.

We are looking for a candidate who is a quick learner and has excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be able to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms. Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals looking to gain experience in the tech industry.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database
- Update customers on progress regularly
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills – ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required
- Must be willing to work part-time during evenings/weekends

Salary: 1100$ per month (part-time)
