Data Mining Analyst


Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Mining Analyst to join our team in Aalborg. As a Data Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends. This is a part-time position that does not require prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various data mining techniques to extract relevant information from large datasets
- Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical models to analyze data
- Identify patterns and trends in data to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Utilize tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Prepare reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data mining techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proficiency in SQL along with experience in one or more programming languages such as Python or R
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
- Knowledge of statistical methods such as regression analysis or hypothesis testing
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Aalborg. Applicants must have their own visa that allows them to work part-time.
