Aalborg-based online consulting firm is seeking an Online Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work independently. This is a contract position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide online consultations to clients through various platforms such as video calls, emails, and live chats.
- Understand and address client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Offer expert advice, recommendations, and solutions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions.

Requirements:
- No prior experience in consulting required, but must have strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to empathize and build rapport with clients.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using various online communication tools.
- Proactive self-starter who can work independently.
