Job Title: Online Consultant (Aalborg, Denmark)
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients through various online channels, including email, live chat, and social media. Your main goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience and build strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and social media platforms
- Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers
- Processing orders and handling payments through our online system
- Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of interactions
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products or services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales role, preferably in an online environment
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Proficient computer skills with experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.
