Job Title: Part-Time Moderator


We are in search of a responsible and experienced Part-Time Moderator to join our team in Aalborg. In this role, you will be responsible for moderating online discussions, forums, and social media platforms to ensure adherence to community guidelines and policies. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in content moderation or customer service, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions, forums, and social media platforms for any inappropriate content or behavior
- Enforce community guidelines and policies by removing or flagging any violating content
- Respond promptly to user inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective moderation strategies
- Keep track of user data and provide regular reports on moderation activities

Requirements:
- Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify inappropriate content
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings or weekends if needed
