Entry-Level Forum Moderator in Aalborg, Denmark


We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Forum Moderator in Aalborg, Denmark. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussions and ensuring that all user-generated content follows our community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor forum discussions and promptly remove any inappropriate or offensive content
- Engage with forum users to promote positive and respectful interactions
- Enforce community guidelines and handle any user complaints or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized forum by closing duplicate threads and moving posts to appropriate sections
- Collaborate with other moderators to continuously improve the forum experience for users

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Danish is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with online forums and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- Prior experience as a moderator or community manager is a plus but not required
- Student or recent graduate looking for part-time work
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
