As a Moderator in our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging environment for our online community. You will review user-generated content, ensuring it follows our guidelines and policies, and address any inappropriate or offensive content. Additionally, you will monitor discussions and engage with users to promote a respectful and inclusive atmosphere. As an effective communicator, you will also handle any user inquiries or complaints with professionalism and sensitivity. Your attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will be crucial in this role.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a moderator or similar role
- Strong understanding of online platforms and social media
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues
- Proven track record of effectively managing conflicts or difficult situations
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field is preferred

Salary:
1200$ per month (gross) with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Location:
Our office is located in Aalborg, Denmark, but remote work options can also be discussed.
