Facade Technician

We are in need of a skilled and dedicated Facade Technician to join our team in Aalborg. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining the exterior surfaces of buildings. Your main duties will include conducting inspections, identifying and fixing any issues with the facade, and ensuring that all work is completed to high quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of building materials and construction techniques related to facades. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, having a valid biometric passport is required for international travel as per project requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of building facades to identify any potential issues
- Repair or replace damaged facade materials such as glass, metal panels, and stone
- Install new facade components according to design plans
- Utilize proper safety equipment and techniques while working at heights
- Ensure that all work is completed within budget and on schedule
- Keep accurate records of all projects and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with other team members to develop innovative solutions for complex projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or vocational training preferred
- Prior experience working with facades preferred but not required
- In-depth knowledge of building materials and construction techniques related to facades
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights
- Valid biometric passport for international travel
