Facade Engineer


We are hiring a talented and experienced Facade Engineer to join our team in Aalborg. As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, inspecting, and maintaining the exterior surfaces and structures of buildings. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure that the facade meets safety and aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing facade systems that meet building codes and client requirements
- Conducting structural analysis and calculations to ensure the stability and safety of the facade
- Creating detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Inspecting existing facades for damage or deterioration and recommending repairs or replacements
- Collaborating with architects and contractors to incorporate the facade into building plans
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments, advancements, and regulations related to facades

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facade design or engineering
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations related to facades
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000 or ETABS
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on safety and quality assurance
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
