Plastering Technician

A skilled Plastering Technician is needed to join our team in Aalborg. As a Plastering Technician, you will be responsible for applying and finishing plaster on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in residential and commercial buildings. You will also be expected to repair and maintain existing plaster surfaces as needed. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the field and possess a strong attention to detail. This position offers a salary of 1800$ per month with accommodation provided. Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plaster application by cleaning, sanding, or smoothing as needed
- Measure and mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency
- Apply plaster using hand tools or mechanical equipment
- Smooth out and level plaster using trowels or other tools
- Create decorative textures and designs in plaster as requested by clients
- Repair cracks, holes, or other damages in existing plaster surfaces
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plasters and their appropriate uses
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods of time and lift heavy materials if necessary
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work consistently
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines without compromising quality
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members, clients, and supervisors
