Industrial Alpinist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Aalborg. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing rope access work at height in industrial settings such as construction sites, oil rigs, and wind turbines. You will be required to use specialized equipment and techniques to safely reach and complete tasks in high places.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting risk assessments and safety checks before each job
- Setting up and maintaining rope access systems
- Performing a variety of tasks at height, including painting, cleaning, maintenance, and installation
- Following safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Communicating with team members on the ground to coordinate tasks
- Inspecting equipment regularly and reporting any issues or malfunctions
- Maintaining proper documentation for each job

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Alpinist or similar role
- Proven track record of working safely at height in various industrial environments
- Knowledge of rope access techniques and equipment
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of working at height
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Valid certification in industrial alpinism (e.g. IRATA, SPRAT)

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month. In addition, accommodation will be provided for employees who do not reside in Aalborg.
